A traditional Georgian honey-and-nut brittle that is incredibly crunchy, naturally sweet, and surprisingly easy to make.

Ingredients
500g Walnuts
230g Honey
3 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
Directions should always be short and to the point.
Chop the walnuts into small pieces.
Combine the honey and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar granules have completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and let it cool down completely. Repeat this boiling and cooling process 3 times in total.
Bring the mixture to a boil for the fourth time, then add the chopped walnuts. Stir continuously until they are fully incorporated.
Lightly dampen a wooden board or surface with water and transfer the mixture onto it. Flatten the mixture using a rolling pin.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for exactly 10 minutes. It is important to stick to this timing, as the mixture will be very difficult to cut if it hardens too much.
Remove from the refrigerator and cut the mixture into rectangles.
