Simple gluten-free cookies from only 2 ingredients, perfect for Passover!



Ingredients


  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 cups shredded coconuts

  • 100 g chopped dark chocolate


Instructions


  1. Mash the bananas and coconut in a bowl until a uniform mixture is formed.

  2. Add the chopped chocolate and mix until it is well incorporated.

  3. Form small flattened balls and place them on baking paper.

  4. Bake at 175°C for 14 minutes.
