Simple gluten-free cookies from only 2 ingredients, perfect for Passover!

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 cups shredded coconuts
100 g chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
Mash the bananas and coconut in a bowl until a uniform mixture is formed.
Add the chopped chocolate and mix until it is well incorporated.
Form small flattened balls and place them on baking paper.
Bake at 175°C for 14 minutes.
