Chocolate Biscoff cake

Super easy chocolate biscoff cake, that will take you no time to make!

Ingredients
130g flour
15g cocoa powder
10g baking powder
1 egg
240ml milk
110ml vegetable oil
150g sugar
90ml milk
400g Lotus Biscoff spread (1 jar)
Crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies
Slivered blanched almonds
Instructions
Mix all the cake ingredients together in a pan until the batter is completely smooth.
Cook the cake in a pan with a lid on the stovetop over low heat for about 20 minutes.
To check if the cake is ready, insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean or with just a few moist crumbs.
Pour 90ml of milk evenly over the cooked cake while it is still warm and let it soak in.
Gently heat the jar of Lotus Biscoff spread over low heat until melted and pourable, then pour it over the cake.
Sprinkle the crushed Lotus cookies and slivered blanched almonds over the top.
Let the cake rest for a few minutes to set, then slice and serve.
