Sweet, salty, and crunchy... all in one bite! These chocolate-covered dates are my go-to when I need a little pick-me-up.

Ingredients
Medjool Dates
Creamy Peanut Butter
Almonds
Melted Dark Chocolate
Pistachio Dust
Instructions
Slice the dates almost in half and remove the pit to create an opening.
Spread a layer of peanut butter onto each half of the open date.
Place a whole almond in the center and press the two halves back together to close the date.
Coat the stuffed date completely in melted dark chocolate.
Sprinkle crushed pistachio pieces over the top for garnish.
Place the dates in the fridge for a short time to let the chocolate set.
